AgentHome Acquires Corinthian Title Company, Inc.
Maitland, Fla. (June 13, 2024) – AgentHome LLC (“AgentHome”), a national network of independent title agents, today announced it has received regulatory approval and closed on the deal to acquire Corinthian Title Company, Inc. (“Corinthian”), a California-based provider of title insurance and escrow services for residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Corinthian, headquartered in San Diego, California, is a locally owned and operated title agency currently licensed to issue title insurance policies in 28 counties within the state of California. With ten locations throughout Southern California, the company is licensed to provide title and escrow services to approximately 90 percent of the population in California, including most major metropolitan areas.
